1. Warranty Outline
These warranties provide repair and/or replacement for a specific product by us directly to our customer. For a faulty product illegible for replacement, please contact us immediately.
Warranty commences on the date of purchase from OZSUPERSTORE.COM as marked on invoice
Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear; user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non-authorized service technician.
For all product purchase from OZSUPERSTORE.COM, we will provide ONE(1) year replacement warranty. Warranty claims for faulty goods has never been this easy. Simply fill the form below to submit a Warranty and Return Claim to our Warranty Department and we will give you more detailed instructions on how to proceed further. All enquiries are responded to within 48 hours from Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm(AEST).
2. Return Policy
The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to OZSUPERSTORE.COM with shipping charges prepaid by the customer. We are not accept COD or unpaid deliveries.
When our warehouse receive the faulty item, replacement item will be sent. Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within its recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide.
OZSUPERSTORE.COM is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any injury which may occur through the use of any equipment sold on this website or following the instructions and advice herein.
Free delivery is not applicable for return or replacement of a purchased product.
Wearable boxing equipment, accessories and apparel (e.g. boxing gloves, boxing pad, protection gears, weight lifting gloves, hand wraps etc) cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene issues.
3. 30 Days Money Back Guarantee
We accept product returns within 30 days if you are not happy with the product or change of your mind. Please return products to OZSUPERSTORE.COM with shipping charges prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries.
NOTE: For change mind or unwanted return, Please return full package of the product which originally have and packed properly. We don’t accept the loose products without package missing parts and damages. OZSUPERSTORE.COM have rights to check the product after return to our warehouse and approve/disapprove the return if we find any issue with the products which is not suitable for return. Please contact us before make any return.
